Booking your tour
Upon receipt of your booking and full payment for your tour you will receive a booking confirmation email. We will also contact you because we would like to begin a dialogue about your tour to ensure that we create the best itinerary to suit your interests and requirements.
Please contact us as early as possible if you have to amend any tour dates and we will attempt to accommodate your requests.

Cancellation of booked tours
All cancellations of booked tours should be communicated to us as soon as possible in writing to Solwayconnections, Bourne House, Milbourne Street, Carlisle CA2 5XF or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that telephone calls or text messages will not be accepted as a form of communication when cancelling a tour.
Cancellation up to 8 days before the tour date – full refund less bank charges and administration costs.
Cancellation between 2-7 days of the booked tour date - a charge of 50% of the total fee for the tour will apply.
Cancellation within 48 hours of the booked tour date – no refund will be made.
If Solwayconnections has to cancel any tour because of exceptional circumstances such as poor weather or an issue with our vehicle then the customer will receive a full refund within two weeks of the trip being cancelled.
We will confirm by email when a refund has been completed.
